Payments

We currently accept PayPal payment, checks, money orders, and purchase orders (see the Purchase Orders link at our online store for instructions). Sales tax applies to purchases originating in Nevada, United States of America. Local taxes outside the United States are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping

Beautystoner ships to all 50 states.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. and APO boxes.

Orders shipping in the US and placed by 1pm PST are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm PST, are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When an order is placed, authorization is made to verify available funds, but the charge does not occur until the order is processed and shipped. All orders depend on fund authorization and product availability. If the funds are declines or the product is on backorder, shipping time is directly effected

While Beautystoner makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, Beautystoner is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, a intercept fee may be apply. Please note that Beautystoner is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. Three (3) delivery attempts will be made to your shipping address. If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact USPS to make alternate arrangements. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. If you decide to return a purchased product, shipping charges are not refundable.
